Delete your Neon Blackfall account

If you wish to permanently delete your Neon Blackfall account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

• Open the game.
• Go to Player Panel → Delete Account.

If you cannot access your account, contact:

support@neonblackfall.com

The following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account
• Email
• Username
• Collection
• Decks
• Rankings
• Match history
• Friends and friend requests

The following information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service:

• Limited server access and security logs.
